How this works: When you sign up, you will be sent an intake form with specific questions that we have you answer. During the retreat, Cristina and Emily will be available in downtime for private 1:1 coaching experiences. After the retreat you will receive integration support to help you sustain those changes to your everyday life.

What if I’ve never been to a retreat ?
All levels of group experience are welcome! If you are new to a retreat, prepare to have an exciting time of learning new things, getting outside of your comfort zone and meeting life long freinds and community to uplevel your life with.
What should I bring?
You will receive a packing list upon signing up.
What is the refund/transfer policy?
All trips are non-refundable. However, our transfer policy is flexible. We know life doesn't always go according to plan.
Transfer Policy: Contact us within 90 days of the retreat and you can apply your payment to another retreat for free.
Do I need travel insurnance?
Yes. Each traveler is responsible for booking their travel insurance at least 30 days prior to attending our retreats. There is a minimum mandatory coverage of $200,000 USD. Such insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of or damage to luggage, repatriation expenses, and evacuation expenses.
We recommend world nomads but you are free to choose your own.
Do I get my own room?
Yes! Each participant has their own private room!

When is the deadline to join & what is the investment to join?
BASE LEVEL OPTION:
$3000 PIF or $583/month for a 6-month payment plan.
VIP OPTION:
$4500 PIF or $833/month for a 6-month payment plan. This option includes private coaching during the retreat and integration post retreat with Emily and Cristina.
Every person receives a private room for both investment options.

ABOUT CRISTINA
Cristina Schooler is an alcohol-free entrepreneur, group facilitator and regenerative investor who has been leading group programs, festivals and retreats since 2017. She is most passionate about creating brain-based success ecosystems of support for a truly thriving life.
She is a trainer of neuro-linguistic programming and hypnosis. She is a nature therapy and outdoor teaching guide and breathwork facilitator. Combining this knowledge with her personal experience adventuring in nature, she designs pragmatic programs and group environments that meet the primal and neurological needs of people to thrive.
Emily and Cristina founded The Hart School, an NLP certification and breakthrough training program. We both bring our combined passion for neurology work, as well as our heart-centered approach to living and serving our clients. We are so excited to provide an expansive and playful learning environment for you to massively uplevel what's possible for you!

Emily Hart is a Master Life Coach, NLP Trainer, Hypnotherapist, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Reiki Healer who is passionate about connecting humans back to their power, their worth, and their truth through mindset and spirituality. She helps you to break through toxic patterns by strengthening your relationship to self, so you can become a magnet for all you desire. She does this through 1:1 coaching, group certification, and group coaching experiences.
